When you buy items through our service, we receive them at our distribution center. You can choose from several shipping methods, such as FedEx, EMS, DHL, Airmail, SAL, or Surface mail. We will hold your items until you give us shipping instructions, which you should do within 45 days of the items arriving at our center. If you don't give us instructions within that time, we may sell or discard the items, and we won't be responsible for any losses you may incur.

If you buy multiple items from the same seller, we will ship them together in one shipment. We cannot divide them into separate international shipments, but you can choose to have us split the items into several shipments if the combined shipment is too heavy or too large for the specified shipping method. Please note that some shipping methods may have weight and size restrictions.

If you don't complete the final payment within 30 days of receiving the notification email, we may sell or discard the items, and we won't be responsible for any losses you may incur. If an item you purchased is found to be prohibited from international shipping, we may sell, dispose of, or discard the item in any way we deem appropriate. You'll be responsible for any loss or damage caused by this.

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, we'll only be able to ship to the address registered with PayPal at the time of payment. We cannot ship items to a domestic address within Japan.

We pack all items securely, and we cannot accommodate requests for different packaging for each item. We cannot modify or remove the values declared on the shipping invoice in accordance with Japanese laws. Please note that our FedEx and DHL delivery services are not covered by a compensation system (Money Back Guarantee) that covers claims and compensation for delayed shipment. In the event that a shipment is delayed, our company, FedEx, and DHL shall not be liable or obliged to provide compensation, even if the item values decrease or are lost.

If you buy an item that weighs 50 kg or above or an item that weighs 30 kg or above and is priced at 300,000 yen or above, you'll need to pay for outsourced packing by a separate packing company. Car bumpers and other oversized items can only be shipped with FedEx. 

Finally, please note that some items may be considered non-standard if they weigh from 30 to 50 kg, have one side that is 150 cm or above, or have a unique shape.
